Provides a flat, rigid, and uninterrupted substrate for the Elevation S60 waterproof membrane to bond to, compensating for framing gaps, inconsistencies, and omissions at the base of framed walls. Waterproofing performance is no longer dependent on perfect field conditions.

SM2 is a moisture-curing polyether sealant that is effective in damp, dry or cold climates. It is free of solvents and isocyanates.

Elevation® T-Bar
Properly installed, Elevation® Termination Bar (T-Bar) provides a pour stop for the wear layer on a waterproofed balcony and maintains a weep system to ensure proper removal of moisture trapped beneath the wear layer. The Elevation® Termination Bar is manufactured to our specifications resulting in greater strength and consistency of dimension, gauge and finish when compared to many regionally available products.

Elevation® T-Guard – Protective T-Bar Tape
T-Guard Tape is designed to provide superior protection for T-Bars during painting, spraying, and other finishing processes. It features a UV-stabilized adhesive that prevents melting to surfaces and allows for easy removal after application. T-Guard Tape is 4.5” wide to complete cover most T-Bars. It maintains the original finish and prevents contamination and discoloration throughout the project. It’s manufactured with a special adhesive which is easy to apply, adheres well, and is easy to remove without residue.
