Pumpable Self-Leveling Compound
CM 920 Industrial is a pumpable, durable self-leveling underlayment designed for use on concrete substrates. It can be used as a wear surface in industrial environments or as a base layer beneath epoxy, polyurethane, or traffic coatings. With its high strength, excellent wear resistance, and fast set time, CM 920 provides a smooth, reliable surface for demanding projects.

Description

CM 920 is formulated for industrial-grade performance and use in high-traffic areas. It offers very high wear resistance, strong adhesion to properly primed concrete, and flexibility for use as both a direct wear surface and as a base for coatings.

  • Suitable for indoor use on concrete substrates
  • Can serve as a finished wear surface in industrial environments or as an underlayment for epoxy and polyurethane coatings
  • Pumpable for efficient large-area application
  • High compressive strength (average 5200 psi) and flexural strength (average 1450 psi)
  • Very high resistance to wear and water damage resistant
  • Fire classification A1fl
  • Working time: 15–25 minutes at 70 °F
  • Final set in 1–3 hours; coverable with tile after 12 hours
  • Paintable with epoxy or similar coatings after 3–5 days

Approved for use on properly prepared concrete substrates in:

  • Industrial floors requiring a wear surface
  • Self-leveling base under epoxy, polyurethane, or traffic coatings
  • Environments requiring high strength and very high wear resistance

Substrate Requirements

  • Clean, structurally sound concrete with an open surface to properly receive primer and allow for maximum adhesion
  • RH ≤ 95% before pouring
  • Must be primed with PP 600 before application
  • Recommended ambient temperature: 50–80 °F (not below 50 °F)

  • 44 lb bags and big bags
  • Shelf life: 6 months unopened, stored dry on plastic-coated pallets
