Combimix® CM 750 S

Pumpable, Fast-Hardening Self-Leveling Underlayment
CM 750 S is a pumpable, fast-setting self-leveling compound with excellent flowability, designed for efficient application in new construction and renovation projects. Suitable for indoor use on concrete, lightweight concrete, stone, terrazzo, and ceramic tile, CM 750 S delivers a smooth, durable surface ready for coverings. With quick setting times and reliable fiber-free reinforcement, it ensures consistent, crack-minimized performance.

Description

CM 750 S is formulated for speed and efficiency in leveling interior mineral-based substrates. Its quick set and self-drying properties reduce downtime, while strong bond strength supports long-term durability under floor coverings.

  • For indoor use only (not a wear surface, not for exterior)
  • Compatible substrates: concrete, lightweight concrete, stone, terrazzo, ceramic tile
  • Pumpable or hand-applied for small and large areas
  • Quick setting and walkable in 1–3 hours
  • High compressive strength (avg. 4,200 psi) and flexural strength (avg. 950 psi)
  • Tensile bond strength: > 217 psi (substrate) / > 290 psi (7-day surface bond)
  • Fire classification: A1fl
  • Working time: ~10–20 minutes @ 70 °F
  • Final set: 1–2 hours
  • Water-damage resistant and very low shrinkage (0.03–0.05%)

CM 750 S is approved for interior leveling projects requiring speed, strength, and smoothness before applying coverings such as resilient flooring, ceramic tile, carpet, or wood.

  • Self-leveling underlayment for renovation or new build
  • Base for epoxy or PU coatings (pedestrian traffic only)
  • Smoothing uneven mineral substrates 0″–½″ (0–12 mm) per application
  • Walkable in hours; coverable after ~24 hrs (RH ≤ 85%)

Substrate Requirements

  • Clean, sound, and free of dust, grease, or cement skin
  • Surface tensile bond ≥ 72 psi (≥ 217 psi if under epoxy/PU coatings)
  • RH ≤ 90% (recommended max at pour)
  • Must be primed with PP 600 before application
  • Substrate and ambient temp ≥ 50 °F

Packaging

  • 44 lb (20 kg) bags and big bags
  • Shelf life: 6 months unopened, stored dry on plastic-coated pallets
