Description
CM 960 is formulated for industrial-grade performance under the most demanding traffic conditions. It offers excellent adhesion, very high wear resistance, and flexibility for multiple finishes including coatings, polishing, and pigmentation.
- Suitable for interior and exterior concrete substrates
- May be used directly as a wear surface in industrial settings such as loading docks and warehouses
- Accepts coatings including epoxy, polyurethane, polyurea, fluorosurfactant sealers, and acrylic systems
- Can be ground, polished, and pigmented for aesthetic or functional finishes
- Pumpable for efficient installation over large areas
- Strengths: compressive ~4,350 psi (C25), flexural ~1,087 psi (F7), tensile bond > 217 psi
- Fire classification A1fl; water-damage resistant
- Working time: 15–20 minutes @ 70 °F
- Final set: 1–3 hours; walkable after cure
- Coverable with tile after ~12 hours
- Paintable/coatable after 3–5 days (depending on thickness)
