Description
CM 940 is formulated for industrial-grade applications and heavy traffic conditions. It offers high adhesion to properly primed concrete, excellent surface durability, and flexibility for both wear-layer use and as an underlayment.
- For indoor use only on concrete substrates
- Approved as a finished wear surface in industrial environments or as a self-leveling base for epoxy or polyurethane coatings
- Pumpable for efficient, large-area installation
- Compressive strength: avg. 5200 psi (class C30)
- Flexural strength: avg. 1300 psi (class F7)
- Surface tensile bond strength: > 290 psi (2.0 MPa) at 28 days
- Very high resistance to wear; water-damage resistant
- Fire classification: A1fl
- Working time: 15–25 minutes @ 70 °F
- Final set: 1–3 hours
- Coverable with tile after 12 hours
- Paintable with epoxy/polyurethane coatings after 3–5 days
